A PROMINENT city centre retail building will go under the hammer on Thursday.
The Market Pavilion on Rawson Place is one of the lots at an auction in Elland Road, Leeds, by Eddisons.
The building, part of the Rawson Quarter and opposite B&M, has a guide price of between £80,000 and £100,000. It is made up of two units, one which is currently let and a larger, two-storey vacant unit.
Other lots include Galem House, a six-storey mill on Vincent Street that has planning permission for residential development. Its guide price is £300,000.
