NEARLY 200 riders took part in a family cycling event in Queensbury.
Cyclists tackled one of two routes - the three-mile Great Northern Railway Trail or the six-mile Scenic Super Loop to Keelham Farm Shop - in the Tour de Queensbury event.
Helen Simpson, of organisers Cycle Queensbury, said: "It went really well - there were 180 riders. It was a good day, despite it being a bit chilly and windy.
"There were lots of people with little kids, and some people taking part were in their 80s.
"There was also a triplet bike, with a father, son and grandson on it."
She added: "We are very happy with how it went - we have had a lot of positive feedback."
She praised Allerton Scouts, Go:Cycling, Calderdale CTC, Keelham Farm Shop and Sustrans for their help and involvement.
