NEARLY 2,000 homes in Bradford have been without this afternoon power due to a fault with the Northern Powergrid network.
A spokesman for the company said power to 1,929 customers in the BD10 postcode area, including Ravenscliffe and Eccleshill, went off at 3.03pm.
The power was restored at 5.35pm.
The power failure has been caused by a "fault on the wide area distribution network", with engineers working to find an exact cause of the problem.
