AN EVENT designed to bring different faiths together takes place in Bradford tomorrow.
The annual Manningham Faith Trail includes a tour of the Bradford Reform Synagogue and Bradford Central Mosque and has been organised by Manningham Youth Project.
Project manager Mushtaq Hussain said the popular event was a way of different communities learning about both the Jewish and Muslim faiths.
He said: "This is a fantastic programme and an initiative that really helps demonstrate the good work that diverse faith and community groups undertake to show that they are all embracing.
"Our project is aimed at allowing diverse faith and community groups to come together and share their stories, to increase dialogue and encourage people to learn from different faiths.
"We only hear of the negative stories that are attributed to diversity, however, on a daily basis different faith groups work very hard to strengthen their communities. With such initiatives more people will increase their understanding and harmonise society."
The event takes place tomorrow from 2.15pm and is supported by the Near Neighbours Fund.
