A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen satellite navigation systems.
The 22-year-old was arrested by police at a property in Little Horton. The sat-navs are suspected to have been stolen, said police.
A police spokesman said: "Although vehicle crime within Little Horton ward has fallen from this time last year, we are proactively making efforts to improve on this.
"We are seeking intelligence and acting upon it. If we receive information that you are engaged in theft or the subsequent handling and sale of stolen property you can expect to be arrested and your homes searched.
"If you choose to purchase property you suspect to be stolen you are creating the demand for those to steal."
The arrested man has been questioned and is currently on bail while police enquiries continue.
