One arrest after drugs found in car
A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after police found a “substantial amount” of drugs and cash in his car.
Road traffic officers from West Yorkshire Police, supported by local officers from the Bowling and Barkerend ward, attempted to stop the suspect during a patrol on Wednesday after seeing him driving without wearing a seatbelt.
The driver failed to stop.On searching the vehicle, officers found drugs and cash in the car, and the man was detained in custody for drugs and money laundering offences.
