A MAN has told of his delight after his stolen car was found by police.
Vincent Celino's Jaguar XJ was taken from outside his home on Wrose Grove, Wrose, on April 21 - two days before he was due to move house.
He had given up hope of getting it back, but police said it was found in Bierley on Monday.
Mr Celino said the car was in almost the same condition as when it was stolen, apart from some slight wheel damage.
He added: "I am all smiles and very, very lucky.
"I've thanked the police for the work they did and am just waiting for them to let me know if I can make a donation or something as a thank you.
"I still can't get over it. You normally expect the worst – burnt out or, heaven forbid, a chase and fatalities."
