LEADING jazz guitar star Howard Alden will performing at Bingley Jazz Club in York Street on Thursday, May 7.

Rated in countless polls as one of the outstanding performers of his generation, Alden has played and recorded with major jazz names of the last 35 years.

At Bingley, Alden will be accompanied by two local musicians; Phil Kampen on double bass, and Dave Lee on drums. The event is at 8pm and is at York Street Social Club, Leonard Street, Bingley. Admission is free with the audience asked to contribute towards the costsvia a raffle and voluntary donations.
