A WOMAN whose body was found in bushes behind a Keighley block of flats has now been named by Bradford coroner’s office.
An inquest into the death of Heather Owens, 60, will be opened by the city’s coroner today, Thursday, April 30.
Her body was found on Sunday at 3.55pm in private grounds behind Vernon Hall, Vernon Court, Keighley, which was where she lived.
Police described the death as a “tragic accident” and the coroner’s office said that while the death was not natural, there were no known suspicious circumstances.
A resident of Vernon Hall, who asked not to named, said the dead woman was “well thought of.”
