Four men were held, and drugs and cash seized, when armed police swooped in Clay Hill Drive, Wyke, last Thursday.
Three men were later charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and remanded in custody at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court to a date to be fixed.
They are Peter Rawson, 39, of Stone Acre Court, West Bowling; Klodian Bajrakurti, 28, of Tunbridge Wells, Kent; and Arif Paca, 22, of Stratford, East London.
The fourth man, a 37-year-old from Bradford, has been bailed pending further inquiries.
