TWO Bradford men are likely to deny causing grievous bodily harm with intent, Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday.
Hussain Khan, 23, and Yunus Khan, 27, both of Heath Road, Undercliffe, are charged with unlawfully wounding Jangir Ahmed with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm on March 23 this year.
Hussain Khan is also charged with wounding Safeer Ahmed with intent, and using or threatening unlawful violence, both on the same date.
Prosecutor Jayne Beckett said that not guilty pleas had been indicated. She said three other defendants had already appeared at court and it was envisaged there may be further defendants.
A trial, expected to last seven days, has been set for November 9. Khan and Khan were granted conditional bail until a plea and case management hearing on June 23.
