Fraud accused to go to trial
A 46-YEAR-OLD man appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court yesterday to answer two fraud charges of relating to gaining work at a Bradford hospital trust.
Monsuru Oyegbori, now of Crescent Road, Middlesbrough, was charged with dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by false representation, and providing a false Home Office document to Bradford Teaching Hospitals. Both charges date back to a one-month period in 2006.
The case was committed to Bradford Crown Court on Tuesday, May 12.
