A PLANNING appeal over the construction of three homes in Lidget Green has been dismissed.
Bradford Council planners turned down the plans for land to the west of 16 Nicholas Close in January because of the excessive scale of the development and a lack of adequate parking.
But planning inspector Alison Partington has now turned down the subsequent appeal as the development would “unacceptably harm the character and appearance of the area” and could increase “hazardous parking”.
