Fraud case to be tried
A MAN, who faces charges of fraud by abuse of position, appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
Shazad Hussain, 38, of Primary Way, Bradford, is facing five charges under the Fraud Act.
It is alleged that he dishonestly abused his position as a carer to make a gain. A trial date has been set for October 5. Hussain was granted bail until a plea and case management hearing, to be heard on July 10.
