THE deadline for making an application to vote by post ends at 5pm today.
Anyone wanting to apply must be on the electoral register and would need to fill in a postal vote application form and return it to Bradford Council before today’s deadline.
Postal voting ballot papers are usually sent out about a week before election day and must be returned by the close of poll – 10pm on May 7.
In previous years, around 60,000 on the district’s electoral roll have asked for a postal vote.
