A REGIONAL housebuilder has announced a seven per cent increase on completions compared to the same period last year. Wayne Gradwell, managing director for Persimmon Homes in West Yorkshire, told the company’s annual meeting in York he was “delighted” with his team’s performance in the first 15 weeks of 2015. “The spring selling season continues to outperform last year,” he said.

The company’s average UK selling price is £207,900, four per cent higher than last year.
