BRADFORD Community Environment Project is running free monthly training sessions for its Gardening for Health programme which start tomorrow.
The sessions will provide tips and advice and look to give people confidence in starting their own garden.
Free starter plots will be available and the sessions will take place on the Scotchman Road allotment site opposite Margaret McMillan Primary School in Manningham.
Further sessions will run from 10am to noon on Saturdays of May 16, June 13, July 18, September 5, and October 10.
