HOME-OWNERS across the Bradford district have been warned to check properties for dry and wet rot that may have occurred due to heavier rainfall over the winter months.
According to the Property Care Association (PCA), drying out affected areas is often all that is needed to put the problem right, but action needs to be taken quickly to limit damage.
