A FORMER college building will be converted to offices, with 40 jobs being created in the process, after a property developer was granted permission by Bradford Council.
Andrew Redmile had applied for the conversion of Prospect House in Tong Street, Dudley Hill, to offices. The building was until recently used by Millburn College, and after the successful application, will now become the home of a prospective client who Mr Redmile says he is not yet able to identify for “commercially sensitive reasons”.
The application says this client is looking to relocate to the Bradford district.
The building also has a 60-space car park and used to be offices before it was converted to an educational use in 2010.
