Little Germany
PEOPLE are being urged to have their say on a scheme to regenerate Little Germany by changing planning rules.
The local development order, and accompanying listed building consent order, would allow the warehouses to be more easily converted.
It would also enable existing buildings in the Little Germany and Cathedral conservation areas to be changed into hotels, residential and offices more freely.
