TRAFFIC is moving again after a major multi-vehicle pile up on the M606 earlier today.
One woman driver has been taken to Leeds General Infirmary with head injuries and another male driver taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary for precautionary checks.
The crash happened between the Euroway Trading Estate and the Staygate roundabout at 7.19am and involved a white Ford Transit, silver Ford Transit, silver Citroen C3 and a silver Seat Alhambra.
The injured woman driver was from the Citroen C3 that witnesses saw badly damaged between the two transits.
None of the vehicles had crossed the central reservation and all appeared to have been travelling in the same direction towards Bradford.
All lanes were blocked at the time but just one north-bound lane is shut now, said a spokesman for West Yorkshire Police.
