A BRADFORD man is getting on his bike to raise funds for cancer charities in memory of his parents.
Mark Cunningham will lead a team of up to 12 riders over 150 miles from Bradford to Morecambe and back on Saturday, August 8.
All proceeds will go to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Mr Cunningham, of Mount Grove, Eccleshill, has so far raised more than £1,600.
The 48-year-old will complete the challenge in memory of his parents, Jack and Beryl, and is looking to raise at least £2,000.
His father died in 2009, after losing his battle with stomach cancer and his mother died in 2012, suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
