THE funeral of a single mother-of-four who lost her battle with breast cancer will be held tomorrow.
Kelly Wright, of Holme Wood, Bradford, died on March 31 after losing her four-year fight against the disease. She was 35.
Her funeral will take place at St Christopher’s CE Church, Holme Wood Road, Holme Wood, from 11am.
Those who attend are urged to wear something either pink or purple, Miss Wright’s favourite colours.This will be followed by a service at Nab Wood Crematorium, Shipley.
Miss Wright wrote a blog on her Facebook page about her cancer fight, which has been liked more than 3,300 times.
A range of events are being held to raise funds for Miss Wright’s children, Dylan, 16, Lewis, 12, Harvey, seven, and Emily, four.
A fun day in her honour will take place at The Gallopers pub, Wakefield Road, Bradford, on Saturday, May 2, from noon.
The event will feature face painters, bouncy castles, stalls and raffles. A sponsored walk from Holme Wood to Bradford City Park took place last Saturday.
