Bradford Morrisons store stocks a new Halal pick n mix range
A MORRISONS supermarket in Bradford is one of only ten across the country to unveil a range of Halal pick 'n' mix sweets.
Thirty-six sweets – including liquorice sticks, cola bottles, jelly beans, gummy bears and sugared lips – are available in the pick ‘n’ mix unit at the Thornbury store on Rushton Avenue.
Ian Richardson, general manager at the Thornbury Morrisons, said: “Many customers have asked us about Halal sweets, so we have designed and introduced a new range.
"We are the first big supermarket in the UK to do this. It’s a large range – so we hope that it will provide a sweet treat for every taste.”
