Following an inspiring trip around the Indian Sub-Continent, the founders of Zouk decided to create a new style of dining experience founded on the belief of serving truly authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes cooked in healthier manners.
The restaurant in Bradford offers a unique seafood menu which included such delicacies as sea bass and lobster, alongside an extensive range of healthier options which are prepared on a charcoal or sigri (water) grill which have received unanimous critical acclaim from diners and reviewers alike.
Zouk also takes great pride in its ever changing specials board, which is devoted to bringing rarely seen delicacies from different regions around the world. Unlike many traditional Indian restaurants, the staff at Zouk ensures that their menu is constantly evolving to bring you both the finest food and the best taste sensations from across the globe. Contemporarily designed, Zouk Tea Bar and Grill is a lavish restaurant which can cater for couples with its intimate tables, smaller groups in personal booths and even larger parties wishing to sample a style of dining reminiscent of banqueting. Private dining is also available on the upper floor which seats up to 16 people.
