CCTV images of two men have been released by police investigating a mugging in Bradford city centre.
The incident left a man and woman requiring hospital treatment for facial injuries.
At 12.30am on Sunday, March 22 a 42-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were walking along Ivegate, when two men approached the woman from behind and attempted to steal her handbag.
During a suseqeunt scuffle the bag’s strap broke and the victims were assaulted.
The men took cash before running away towards Kirkgate.

Officers investigating the case have now released image of two men they would like to speak to about the incident.
Detective Inspector Richard Partis, of Bradford District CID, said: "We would like to hear from anyone who might recognise these men from these images, or anyone who might have witnessed the attack in the city centre.
"We would also be keen to hear from anyone who saw two men of similar description acting suspiciously prior to, or immediately after the incident."
