ADDINGHAM Civic Society’s spring fair has been declared a resounding success.
Organisers have thanked all the businesses and members of the community who supported the fair. Many people donated goods to stalls, and an Easter bonnet competition was a highlight of the day for many.
The competition judge, Ken Birch, had the job of trying to pick two winners. A total of 16 prizes were donated by businesses throughout the village.
The Civic Society says society funds received a major boost as a result of the event.
