A RED Ford Ka (pictured) has been seized by police officers in Bierley after complaints over nuisance driving complaints.
Officers from the district Off-Road Bike Team were patrolling the Bierley area last night after several reports of a nuisance vehicle being driven around.
The vehicle registration was passed on and the officers recognised it as one they had stopped only days earlier, where they had warned the driver regarding their driving.
But as the driver did not heeding the warning, the officers seized the vehicle under section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002.
The warning will apply to the driver and vehicle now for the next 12 months.
