PLOTS of council-owned land in Keighley, Buttershaw and Idle will be auctioned off later this month.
If all three lots meet their minimum bids at the auction at Pugh Auction House, it could bring in £100,000 to council coffers.
A 0.61 acre plot of land off Halifax Road in Keighley is one of the sites up for auction. Planning permission had previously been granted for 12 houses on the site, but this permission expired last year. The asking price is £75,000.
A plot of 0.54 acres off Bellerby Brow, Buttershaw which is vacant and currently suffers from fly tipping, will go under the hammer with a £10,000 asking price.
An area of garden land in Idle, off Railway Road, that is divided up into four gardens and rented to residents, has an asking price of £10,000.
The auction takes place at Elland Road Football Stadium in Leeds on Tuesday 21.
