DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after a man was pushed to the ground near a Bradford petrol station and robbed of a bag of cash on his way to the bank.
It happened near the Gulf filling station in Manningham Lane at about 2.15pm yesterday.
A police spokesman said: "Police are investigating a report of a robbery in which a significant quantity of cash was believed to have been taken in Carlisle Street, Bradford at about 2.15pm yesterday. Anyone with information is asked to contact Bradford District CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
