TWO men who had been questioned on suspicion of attempted murder, after a man fell 40 feet from a top-storey window, have been released without charge.
The 40-year-old victim suffered multiple injuries, including fractures to his spine, after plunging from the window of his flat, in Woodview Terrace, Manningham, Bradford, on the evening of March 1.
He is still detained in hospital but is making a steady recovery.
Two men, aged 41 and 39, were arrested following the incident and were bailed pending further inquiries.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said yesterday: "Following a detailed investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man's injuries, the two men have been released without charge."
