BRADFORD Council has given the go-ahead for the demolition of a Queensbury mill building to make way for a house.
Planners approved Frank Stott’s application for the site of a two storey mill building on Queensbury Square, a residential area of the village, that will see the building replaced with a single house.
Permission had previously been granted for the building’s conversion to a house, but the poor state of the building prevented this from going ahead, and Mr Stott’s application said the building was no longer structurally sound.
