A BRADFORD man accused of multiple historic sex offences against three children has had his case transferred to the Crown Court.
Darren Holmes, 48, indicated he would plead not guilty to the ten charges against him during a brief hearing at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He is accused of the rape and sexual assault of a girl under 13 at an address in Bradford between May and November 2012, and sexual touching with a girl aged between 13 and 15 at an address in Blackpool between April 2007 and December 2009.
He is also charged with a serious sexual offence, gross indecency and indecent assault against a boy under the age of 14 at an address in Leeds between July 1991 and March 1994. Holmes, of Manningham Lane, Manningham, Bradford, was granted bail ahead of a preliminary hearing on April 21.
