A VACANT cellar in a large Victorian house in Manningham could become studio flats new current proposals.
Oak Villa, off Oak Avenue, already contains three flats but the cellar is empty with windows and doors boarded up and Bradford Council is now being asked for permission to convert it into flats.
Planning permission is needed for the scheme and the building is also within the Manningham Conservation Area. Documents submitted with the planning application says there is ample space for parking and storing waste bins outside the property.
A decision will be made later on whether to allow the work to proceed.
