TWO West Yorkshire police officers have been investigated for misusing the Police National Computer, which holds information about individuals.
One officer received “management advice” after a confidentiality conduct allegation against them was proved at a misconduct hearing in 2011. A colleague was subjected to investigation the following year after it was decided there was a case to answer, but retired ahead of the hearing.
