Man, 73, appears in court accused of trying to knife to death his wife and daughter
A 73-YEAR-OLD man has appeared at Bradford Crown Court charged with trying to knife to death his wife and daughter.
Shaukat Ali, of Salisbury Road, Keighley, was remanded back into custody today by Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC.
Ali is accused of attempting to murder Allah Dittah and Tasleen Akhtar on March 17.
He will next appear in court for a case management hearing on June 12.
A five day trial was fixed to start on September 7.
