FURTHER forensic tests are ongoing to establish the identity of a man whose badly decomposed remains were found off a footpath in Cleckheaton.
The grim discovery was made on Wednesday, February 25, off Scholes Lane, Scholes, and a path between a house and the Religious Society of Friends Quakers Meeting House was sealed off by police.

A forensic post-mortem established the body was of a man aged between 30 and 50.
Detectives said they did not believe the man's death was suspicious, though the cause is not clear.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said that forensic inquiries were continuing.
