POLITICS students from Guiseley School have enjoyed a tour of Parliament with Pudsey MP Stuart Andrew (right).

Mr Andrew took the group around the historic House of Commons and House of Lords, as well as answering questions from the students as they prepare for their exams.

“I always like to welcome my constituents to Parliament, particularly students who can benefit first-hand from seeing how it works in practice,” he said.

“It is a testament to the teachers at Guiseley School that their students are allowed to go on trips of this nature, and I thoroughly enjoyed showing them round.

“I was pleased to hear from the teachers that all of the students had a great time, and were able to gain something from the visit.”
