A BRADFORD driving instructor has been cleared of all the allegations of sexual abuse against him.
Duncan Carney, pictured, 53, of Norwood Street, Bankfoot, was last month found not guilty by a jury at Bradford Crown Court of five charges involving three young girls.
Mr Carney was acquitted of four charges of sexual activity with a child under 13 and one of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
The jury was unable to reach a verdict on a sixth charge, alleging sexual activity with a seven-year-old child.
Yesterday, he was found not guilty of the one remaining charge after the Crown told the court it would not be seeking a retrial.
