POLICE have seized a scooter after reports it was being ridden dangerously on New Line in the Greengates area of Bradford.
Local residents reported the scooter being used in an anti-social manner on at least two occasions, and officers located the offending vehicle at an address in Leeds.
As the rider was already subject to a 12-month Section 59 warning, the vehicle was seized and the man spoken to in front of his family.
A police spokesman said: “There is a reasonable expectation that once you are issued with a warning regarding anti-social vehicle use, you will abide by it and ride within the law.
“This rider has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the opportunity he was given, and has now suffered the consequences of that decision.”
