THE contents of a website making a range of claims about Labour's candidate for Bradford West has been reported to the police.
Ms Shah said she had gone to the police after being alerted to the site, headed The Truth About Naz Shah.
She said it appeared to be part of a "harassment campaign, trolling on Twitter and all the rest of it", directed against her.
The website includes a claim that Ms Shah voted for Respect leader George Galloway in the 2012 by-election, which she readily admitted, and other claims about her family and background, which she said were "just nonsense".

Respect spokesman Ron McKay said the website was "absolutely nothing to do with us".
He said: "It's got the fingerprints of Labour all over it."
A spokesman for the website said the contents had been written by researchers who "have spent weeks trawling through two decades of legal documents and interviewing Naz Shah's family as well as grassroots Labour Party members in Bradford".
