Proposals to change rules on planning
BRADFORDIANS are being asked to have their say on a scheme to regenerate Little Germany by changing planning rules in the quarter.
The local development order, and accompanying listed building consent order, would allow the historic warehouses to be more easily turned into flats or officesfor example.
It would allow existing buildings in the Little Germany and Cathedral conservation areas to be changed into hotels, residential, offices, restaurants and public houses, more freely. The deadline for representations is May 18. For details go to bradford.gov.uk and search for local development order.
