A MAN, 32, who was arrested by detectives investigating the murder of Bradford grandad Clement 'Butch' Desmier (pictured) has been released on bail after questioning.
Mr Desmier, 68, a father-of-six and grandfather-of-ten, was found dead in his armchair, at his house in Rowlestone Rise, Greengates, Bradford, on Thursday, August 23, 2012.
He had a pillow over his head and had been viciously attacked, suffering 70 separate injuries, including 40 stab wounds. He had also been tortured before he was killed.
The 32-year-old man was arrested on Monday and released yesterday, a West Yorkshire Police spokesman confirmed last night.
A 19-year-old man, who was arrested in January in connection with the murder, remains on police bail.
