Data shows bets pay off
GAMBLERS in Bradford are some of the luckiest in England, according to new research.
In an analysis of its data for 2014, bookmakers Ladbrokes ranked each city by its “luck factor” - and Bradford came fourth.
Four of the five luckiest cities came from Yorkshire, with Leeds, York and Hull also listed.
The firm compiled the list by working out how much profit was won for each pound gambled last year.
