BRADFORD’S National Media Museum will host a series of pop-up festivals to help inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers.
Government funding of £300,000 has allowed the venue and the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester to set up six, week-long, events.
The museums are hoping to attract about 27,000 visitors between them.
National Media Museum director Jo Quinton-Tulloch said: “The festivals we’ll deliver in Bradford will inspire young people from every background to begin these journeys.”
Full details will be announced soon.
