AN APPEAL has been lodged over a retrospective planning application to change the use of a piece of agricultural land in Northowram to allow a caravan to be sited for a gipsy family.
The scheme located at Tower Lodge Farm, Score Hill, was refused by Calderdale Council planners in January.
Now an appeal has been submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment against the council's decision.
