TONG High School has totted up that it raised more than £1,300 for Comic Relief.
The school sold the appeal’s trademark red noses, as well as holding bake sales, fancy dress days and sponsored silences.
Brave teachers such as Cath Chaplin (pictured) also joined in by having pupils throw foam pies at them.
Trude Feiweles, associate head teacher, said: “It’s amazing to see the whole school coming together for a great cause that has such a large impact on those in need. The whole school community contributed to raise as much money as possible.”
