A BRADFORD funeral home wants people to donate Easter eggs for disadvantaged children in the area.
Staff from The Co-operative Funeralcare at Eccleshill are urging members of the community to give eggs to the funeral home for the benefit of the Swain House Community Action Group.
David Nunn, manager of The Co-operative Funeralcare, said: "There are many youngsters in the local area who may welcome a bit of extra cheer this Easter. As a business at the heart of the community, we want to do our bit by trying to put a smile on as many local youngsters' faces as possible."
Easter eggs can be handed to staff at the funeral home until next Friday.
The collection of Easter eggs will then be presented to The Swain House Community Action Group on March 30. The group will use the donation of eggs to hold an Easter Egg Hunt and Teddy Bears Picnic at their Easter event on April 4.
