ORGANISERS of the Shelf Gala are inviting stallholders to book a pitch.

The date is set for Saturday, July 4 and anyone interested should contact Jonathan Kerry on 07923 343672 or go to shelfgala.org.uk.

Table hire will be £10 and organisers are hopping to attract something different than just tombola to draw in the crowds.

Mr Kerry said: “While tombolas continue to attract footfall for stall holders, last year there were a large number of them and as a committee we feel that if stall holders aim to try something different this will attract more trade to the respective stalls and make the gala stalls varied. However, if you would still like to have a tombola that is not an issue.”
