A SEX offender is to be seen by a second psychiatrist before he is sentenced at Bradford Crown Court on April 14.
Haroon Rashid, 28, of Harris Street, Barkerend, Bradford, has pleaded guilty to five charges of sexual assault and one of indecent exposure.
He is being treated in a medium-secure hospital unit at Wakefield and appeared before the court yesterday with three medical staff with him.
David McGonigal, for the Crown, said that one psychiatrist had reported on Rashid’s mental condition but another assessment was needed if a judge was to make a Hospital Order under the Mental Health Act.
